• Every order takes maximum of 2-4 business weeks to dispatch. 

• Orders are shipped through UPS Express and it takes a maximum of 2 weeks to get delivered. 

• All the shipments are fully insured and the cost of insurance is paid by Jewels Park.

• Customers will be responsible for any duties incurred at the custom and import department. 

• Customers will be emailed when the order is ready to be dispatched along with the unique tracking number and the shipment carrier.

• Customers can easily track the order once it is dispatched on the UPS website.

• In case the order is not received within 2 weeks of delivery please contact us and we will get back to you with all the details.

• If the item is lost in the mail or is unable to reach the customer, the entire transaction amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
